Scoop and protein from each brand’s own label, checked September 27, 2026; each name links to the brand’s product page. Tub size and price are yours to enter. Macros can differ by flavor.

The formula

servings = tub weight (g) ÷ scoop weight (g) (or the servings you enter) protein in the tub = servings × protein per scoop (g) cost per 25 g protein = price ÷ protein in the tub × 25

Tub weights on labels are sometimes rounded, and some brands list servings per container rather than weight. If the label gives servings, choose “servings” as the unit and enter that number; it’s the more exact of the two.

Why 25 g? It’s about one scoop of most powders in our data, so it’s a unit you can picture, and it lets you compare a powder with a delivery meal or a pack of chicken on the same terms. The meal prep vs delivery guide does exactly that, and the protein powder guide explains the rest of the label.
