Meal match

Set a per-meal calorie and protein target, pick a service, and see which of 114 published meals from Factor, Fuel Meals and FlexPro fit best. The menu data is built into the page, so it works offline and sends nothing anywhere.

Disclosure: I have personally paid for all three services. None of them has paid us, and meal links go straight to the brand’s own page. How we choose partners · Affiliate disclosure

    How meals are ranked

    Each meal gets a distance score from your target. Lower is better:

    score = |meal kcal − target kcal| ÷ target kcal + 1.5 × protein shortfall ÷ target protein + 0.5 × protein surplus ÷ target protein

    Falling short on protein costs three times as much as going over it, because for most people who lift a little extra protein is fine and a shortfall is the thing to avoid. Calories count the same in both directions.

    Where the numbers come from: every meal’s protein, carbs, fat and calories are exactly as listed on the brand’s own site, checked September 27, 2026. Menus rotate and recipes change, so check the label on the meal you receive. A few published labels don’t add up (the calories don’t match the protein, carbs and fat listed); we kept the brand’s figures rather than “correct” them. The three-way comparison covers the method in full.
